- Investigate all events where injuries, damage to property or the environment has occurred including all near miss incidents where there was high potential to cause injury or damage.
- Providing Information, Instruction, Training and Supervision to ensure safe systems of work.
- Ensuring the nominated safety personnel are adequately trained and supported.
- Consulting and Cooperating with health and safety representatives, workers and others; providing and maintaining personal protective equipment as required; and continously reviewing and improving its safety performance.
